Eligibility and account

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Keep your access details private and provide accurate account and billing information.

Wellness and AI scope

Calm Eating Code provides general wellness information and AI-generated guidance. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or emergency support. Calm Code AI is an AI assistant and may make mistakes.

Subscriptions, trials, and cancellation

The checkout shows the current price, currency, billing interval, trial period, renewal terms, and included access before payment. You may cancel future renewal according to the controls or support process shown in your account. Cancellation does not retroactively reverse already completed billing periods unless applicable law or the stated refund policy requires it.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful material, interfere with other users, or use AI output as a substitute for urgent or qualified professional care.

Photos and user content

Only upload content you are entitled to use. Food or progress photos may be processed to provide the requested feature. AI estimates are approximate and should not be treated as precise nutrition or medical measurements.

Availability and changes

Features may change, be paused, or remain behind feature flags. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular wellness outcome. Material subscription changes will be communicated where required.
