We use account/contact details, quiz and wellness answers, plan activity, coach messages, optional photos, voice messages and documents, payment status, support requests, consent records and technical security data to provide and secure the service, personalize the plan, answer requests and meet legal obligations.
Service delivery and account security are necessary to perform the requested service. Optional wellness personalization, AI/media processing, analytics and proactive messages require the choices or consent shown at collection and can be withdrawn. Some fraud, security, accounting and legal records are handled for legitimate interests or legal obligations.
Coach text, transcribed voice, optional photos and extracted document text may be sent to the configured AI/API gateway and model provider. A web attachment is processed temporarily and is not copied to public storage; its transcript or filename/note and the AI reply may remain in coach history. Payments, hosting/database, email delivery and Telegram (only when connected) are handled by their respective service providers. Send only data needed for wellness support; do not upload identity documents or unnecessary full medical records. Admin AI tests are content-redacted and expire after 30 days; proactive-message content after 90 days; coach messages after 180 days; AI usage counters after 90 days; security/audit records for up to 365 days. Account, payment, tax, dispute and verified privacy-request records may be kept longer where required, then deleted or de-identified.
